I'm here to talk to you about Green Food (and juice)!
I am also starting a KAIA FIT bootcamp tomorrow (Monday March 18), so the goal these next five weeks is to EAT GREEN yaye! Here's some ideas:
Green Juice
Some of my favorites include: Naked juice, Nekter juice bar, Evolution Sweet Greens, Sambazon acai super greens, Blue print juice cleanse, Jamba's apple n greens, and any green juice from your local Whole Foods juice bar!
Avocado, Grapes, and Kiwi
Kind of speaks for itself:
Salad
Some of my favorites include Croutons, Tender greens, Zanzibar Cafe, and Silvergreens up in SB :)
Pesto
One of my favorites for bread and pasta...
Pistachio
Green Tea
