Necklace attack

Hey everyone!

Usually I'm not a big jewelry person, or it's the last thing I think of on my list.
But lately I have discovered some online shops like Lulu's.com, Bauble bar, and Daily Look that made me rethink looking into buying more statement necklaces. I also sometimes buy from BP at Nordstrom or American Eagle.

Here's some necklaces and other jewelry I have been liking lately:

White Marquise Bloom Bib from Baublebar
Mint Cabo Flora Collar from Baublebar
Pink water lily necklace from Baublebar
crystal necklace from Sorrelli
crystal flower necklace from daily look. so sad this is sold out now :(
mint antoinette earring drops from baublebar

stephan & co at nordstrom's
and everyone always asks me about the blue one i have- this is the aerie beaded necklace

so anyways, that's everything! Happy shopping everyone :)

Cute July 4th Ideas

Hello again :)

So everyone knows I'm pinterest obsessed, but here's some great ideas I found for a July 4th party that actually seem pretty doable! Enjoy~

Lowcountry Lemonade: a drop of blue curacao, peach Schnapps and lemonade- it's blue!

Smores of course

Red, white, and blue sangria

Red, white and blue ice cubes

July 4th strawberries

Can't have a BBQ without watermelon

Please let me know if you have any other great 4th of July BBQ party red-white-and-blue ideas :)
Happy Summer everyone!

Possible Honeymoon Ideas

Hello again :)

I'm currently trying to find some incredible honeymoon destinations that are possible to get to, so here's some places that I have come up with:

Four Seasons Nevis in the Caribbean

The Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman Caribbean
St Regis, Bora Bora

I know it's not much, but that's where I'm at right now.
Thank you for reading! :)

Wedding Personal Touches

Hello!

I am currently planning my wedding for March time frame, and I am struggling with how to add personal touches to the ceremony and reception...Here's some ideas I've compiled (it's a starting point!):

Song Choices

Kind of self-explanatory, although I'm having a tough time picking some songs.
I really like the idea of Postal Service, Coldplay, or Aqualung though.

Appetizers

At this point, I would love to have a beer or wine tasting, with cheese and chocolates:

Dessert
cake pops!
donuts!
cinnamon rolls on a stick
s'mores bar :)
cotton candy! of course :)

Seating Cards
rabbit ears on the escort cards? anyone?

Stationary and Invitations

I guess I'm chevron obsessed:

a cute cartoon program for the ceremony
special dates...
Flower Choices
I like the fake flowers idea so they are easy to preserve, but I also love ombre anything :)

Spa Stuff
This pedicure is so cute!

At this point, those are just some of my ideas, please let me know if you have any epiphanies about wedding planning you'd like to share with me :)

Things to Pack on a tropical trip

So I really enjoy going to the beach, even though most of the time I get burned...
but it's a lot easier when you're staying at an all-inclusive resort so you can just lounge around all day.
This is my ideal relaxing vacation (I have been on others where we rushed to see each city and every tourist site) but the ideal island vacation should include laying on the beach, eating good food, and swimming all the time

Here's some essentials I would bring on an island getaway:

otterbox- waterproof case that keeps valuables safe

Maui island tan sealer or tan accelerant- helps you get brown, which I am not

swim suits- love stuff by American Eagle, Roxy, Victoria Secret :) I think I already did a post about this here: http://caseyamsims.blogspot.com/2013/03/hey-everyone-weather-is-heating-up-and.html

swim suit coverups Roxy or Nordstrom has some surprisingly cheap ones

aerie shorts: too cute!

boogie boards from Costco, yeah!

goggles- who cares if it looks dorky, as long as you can see where you're swimming!

rash guard

yummy smelling Body spray

cute iphone case

And...that's about it! :) Hope everyone gets to have some tropical fun this summer~
