All about the Face Makeup

Hey everyone!

For those of us that have combination dry-oily, sensitive skin AND a fair complexion- it's really tough to find products that not only work with your skin and prevents breakouts, but also finding products that don't make me look orange...

so here's some products that I currently use, and some products that I have heard good things about and would like to try:

Products I currently use: (I don't put a lot on my face because my skin likes it better this way)

Clinique tinted moisturizer

Laura mercier matte radiance baked powder (an illuminator basically)

MAC paint pot to keep my eyeshadow in place

Products I would like to try:

I know this one is super expensive, but i do have a wedding coming up and i want the photos to look great! I have tried every product under the sun for under-eye circles and it either doesn't hide them or they look orange. I have used Neutrogena, Almay, Clinique, laura mercier etc...and so now I'm going to try something that I hope is worth the fortune you have to shell out to buy it: Cle de Peau
shader brush by Mac - need the right tools for your products to work
MAC Mineralize eyeshadow duo- looking for a product that illuminates my eyes in photos but doesn't have glitter falling all over my face

NARS creamy concealer (this would be layered with cle de peau for some brightening and a fuller coverage look)

Laura Mercier Silk foundation- I currently have very light coverage makeup, so I am looking for something more intense for photos and going out

So those are my thoughts. I hope some of these products are worth the money :(

Moving In Adventures

Hey everyone!

I know it's been a while so I will get down to it- we just moved into a new place and got a new bunny (Daffodil) and it has been fun chaos! :)

Here's a cute one of Chester and Daffodil

Here's some of the crazy things that have happened:

i fainted while trying to get breakfast at the cinnamon roll place (they probably thought I was drunk because I ended up leaning on their counter all weird)

I got stung by a bee while trying to get breakfast on a different day

Dad and I lost the groceries all over the road when they flew out of the back of the car and we had to keep running around to try and pick them up

Dad locked himself out of the house when we were driving back to SD to move the rest of our stuff.

My shorts got destroyed in the dryer when a shoelace got caught on the side and I had to cut them out.

...And that seems to be all the hilarious stuff that's happened so far. We're busy trying to find where to get groceries, get the rabbits to bond and peacefully coexist, and finish unpacking all the cardboard boxes and deposit them somewhere before the housewarming.

Happy end of summer everyone~
